I really enjoyed photographing Jen and Jeff's wedding last month. They are such an incredible couple; so warm and kind and funny and their love for each other -- and loyalty to one another -- was palpable. It really translated to film (or digital "film") beautifully. Their ceremony was at the always beautiful Brophy Chapel in Phoenix, followed by their reception at The Westin Kierland Resort in Scottsdale. Here are some of my favorites from the day:

When I drove up to Jennifer's parents home for the prep time coverage, I noticed their fantastic blue garage doors and knew I wanted to do some pictures in front of them. Jen worked it for the camera better than I could have imagined and we got this super cute set of her. I love it!

Jenny Bishop helped second shoot that day and hung out with the boys. She got this one of them doing a shot. Love it!

I caught Jen's friend peeking out at us while I went out to do some formals of Jen and her parents.

Jen and Jeff opted to do a first look, and I just love this series. Jeff reacted the way I think most women want their man to react. He was just so enamored with her - it was adorable.

The blue garage door worked great with her blue bridesmaids dresses!

The guys looking awesome.

Cheryl Sexton also helped me some that day and she got this great shot of Jen and her dad walking down the aisle.

I loved that this gentleman popped out to give Jen a kiss

After the ceremony, we headed over the Kierland resort and took advantage of the beautiful grounds and light!

They even had some smores-making at the cocktail party. How fun is that!

I love this shot Jenny got of Jeff's parents holding hands.

Jen's maid of honor read a toast by Jen's best friend, who could not make the trip across the country because she is 9 months pregnant, which deeply touched Jen.

But she had her laughing too!

Thank you so much Jen and Jeff for sharing your genuine love and affection for one another with me! I so enjoyed photographing your wedding and getting to know you both.
