Jeanette and Taz were married last month at Chiricahua clubhouse inside the private golf community of Desert Mountain. They both live in New York City, so this was a true destination wedding for them - and a beautiful one at that. We were blessed with that gorgeous Arizona late-spring early evening weather when it was such a perfect night. Their ceremony and reception were outside in the courtyard, so it was an incredibly romantic setting. Jeanette's grandfather officiated the ceremony which I know was very meaningful to them.

Here are some of my favorites from the day - I had a bunch so this is a long post :)

The first look

I love these two candids my second shooter Lizzie Kimball captured:

Taz and his guys

The girls thought it would be fun to try this common bridal party shot -but in the reverse! It was pretty funny as they almost dropped Taz right on his head - but they pulled it off!

Lizzie captured these next two.

Some pretty details

I was able to photograph much of the reception with no flash thanks to the great lighting and high ISO of the Canon 5D Mark II.

My favorite shot of the day!

Thank you Jeanette and Taz for sharing your romantic and fun day with me! It was an honor to photograph your wedding.
