Where do I start with Amy and Jeremy? I absolutely loved their Nov 10th wedding and how unique and fun it was specific to both of them. Amy is like a breath of fresh air; she is so spunky and funny and really lights up a room. She and Jeremy make such a cute couple and just laugh all the time.
I first met them one year ago when I photographed her Mom's wedding to Barry at The Royal Palms and we had a lot of fun this past summer up in Flagstaff for their engagement shoot, so I had been looking forward to their wedding for some time. Amy told me how she wanted to do things a little differently and I appreciated her out of the box approach (black shoes & black fishnet stockings with white and black dress).
They had a big wedding party with a lot of their college friends and everyone was hilarious and crazy. There are so many photos from their reception that I dont think I can even show on here :-) And I know I say this all the time, but it's always true. Amy and Jeremy have the greatest families and friends, so the whole night really was an absolute blast. In fact, one of Jeremy's friends Billy gave me my new favorite word to use when referring to something really cool: SPICY!
As in: "That's SPICY!"
Amy's spicy shoes
And the black and white dress ... I figured I better not show the fishnet stocking shot :-)
Love this shot of Jeremy putting his tux on
The beautiful bride
Amy's sister Christy, with whom she is extremely close. Their relationship reminded me a lot of me and my sister, especially our ability to be competely silly with one another.
A little portrait of the bride.
Another shot I just love.
Now for some fun bride and groom time - although I'll start with one of my favorites, this was the very last shot before the reception.
And a first dance moment I thought was sweet.
My SPICY friend Billy dancing with Grandma, who I swear had the energy of a 25 year old!
Here are a handful more from our bride and groom time.
