Its been some time since I've posted on any of my goals that I have been tracking. Some of you may remember I posted this 101 List in 1,001 Days back in February sharing goals that I would like to accomplish in the next 3 years. Many photographers and others out there are also doing this, so it is likely a familiar concept my now. I just had a chance to review those things I have checked off so far, and was pleasantly surprised at how many I have made a reality. Not only did I finally FINISH the list (a big feat in and of itself) I also modifed a few "goals" that were too vague and not really attainable in a concrete way. My progress: 1. Have gratitude every day for all that I have (This is still vague but a necessary goal of mine each day)
2. Hang up the framed personal photos that are sitting on the floor of my living room. - COMPLETE
3. Have a photographer I admire take photos of my daughter and I (I haven't settled on photog yet)
4. Second shoot a wedding with Jessica Claire
5. Get involved with a charity benefiting children - COMPLETE - Princess Project July 2007
6. Take some good photos of my daughter and my mom together and give them to my mom - COMPLETE, April 07.
7. Take an Alaskan cruise
8. Go back to Italy
9. Go to New Zealand and/or Australia
10. Read 3 books in 3 months that benefit my business – COMPLETE You Inc/Getting Things Done / Love is a Killer App / Blink
11. Read one fiction book per month for 6 months (ongoing) - The Alchemist, complete / Eat, Pray, Love, complete / The Other Boleyn Girl, complete / The Boleyn Inheritance, reading now
12. Attend Oprah taping (or be on the show!)
13. Enter a photo competition - Complete, August 07 (WPJA)
14. Enter next WPPI 8x10 competition
15. Get my business finances in Quickbooks - COMPLETE - April 07
16. Go to bed by 10 PM each night for a week COMPLETE - October 07

73. Finish reading The Fountainhead. (I started this book about 15 years ago and never finished it)
74. Go to Napa with Chris
75. Visit Veronica in Denver and take pictures of her girls – (Took pix of her girls in July '07 in AZ, but she is now moving to Calif, so I dont know if the Denver part is going to happen)
